Reinier is a co-founder and Partner at Orange Growth Capital, which is a Financial Technology Venture Capital Firm founded in the fall of 2013.
Prior to founding Orange Growth Capital, Reinier was a partner at McKinsey & Company, focussed on technology and financial services. Prior to McKinsey Reinier worked at Voyager Capital, Credit Suisse First Boston and co-founded two start-ups.
Reinier is a Kauffman fellow, holds an AB from Stanford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

REINIER MUSTERS
RADBOUD VLAAR
Radboud founded the firm and raised the first fund in 2013 with Reinier Musters. In 2016, Radboud raised a successor fund, and rebranded this fund and its manager to Finch Capital (www.finchcapital.com) in December 2017.
Prior to founding the firm, Radboud was a partner at McKinsey & Company, focused on Global Digital Financial Services and PE/M&A for clients as well as McKinsey.
Prior to McKinsey Radboud worked at TPG. Radboud co-founded 3 companies and has 4 masters from the University of Groningen.
